REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Streetfit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind the items we sell, however, if an issue arise due to a quality, we offer exchanges within 2 days of purchase Delivery. 

Due to the delicate nature of our goods and the inability to restock used or worn apparel, we do not issue Return. Only Exchange can be made for items with extreme issues of the product. Any products being exchanged must be in their original condition with tag and barcode Scannable. 

All tags and accessories must be returned with the item. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any item returned for exchange that we deem to not be in its original condition and video proof is mandatory to claim Exchange with T&C.

If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us via email at streetfitindia@gmail.com to receive a Return Request Form. 

Once your request is approved, you will be sent a return shipping label. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will exchange your item for a new one. We cannot guarantee that a specific item will be in stock, and the customer may have to choose a different size or style if the original is no longer available.

- No returns and No Refunds.
- Only Exchange in 2 days, can be done from physical store as well.
- We will be crossing checking all the pieces carefully before dispatching item to the customers to avoid any sort of size issue, damaged etc.

EXCHANGE POLICY

In case if you have received Defective product, you must have a video of unboxing it once you receive product to send us as a proof or else we won't be able to help to refund or exchange you of any kind.

If you want to Exchange product for size issue then the shipping charges is to paid by buyer and we will pick-it up and exchange with new order.

CANCELLATION  POLICY

​

Please be advised that We Don't offer cancellation once the order is shipped from our warehouse.

In worst cases if we fail to ship your product within deadline, then order cancels automatically and Refund will be made within 4-5 Bank working days.
